Price Policy

The Journal of Sport & Movement Sciences (JSMS) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 5,000 TRY for all manuscripts submitted to the journal.

This fee covers editorial pre-evaluation, the peer-review process, scientific assessment, technical checks, and publication preparation services. The APC is required regardless of whether the manuscript is accepted or rejected and is non-refundable.

Payment of the APC does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process, and editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific quality and ethical standards, independent of any payment.

A 20% APC discount is granted to researchers who serve as reviewers for the journal.
In addition, APC waivers or discounts for submissions from developing countries may be granted at the discretion of the publisher.

Furthermore, for manuscripts submitted upon the recommendation of the journal editors, APC waivers may be applied following editorial evaluation.
